My printer at work kept saying 'service kit required' so I knew if someone was going to replace it would probably need a couple hundred or more so I found it and bought it. The kit is a pure OEM Ricoh, thank goodness. The step by step instructions were excellent and made it very easy to swap out all the parts included in the kit. It even included plastic gloves that you must wear to replace the fixation bar! Counterfeit proof to be honest and it even had a few spare rolls and tensioners because I only have one paper drawer and it can hold up to 4. The best part is that the signal light has gone out and I'm back in business.
