This was bought to modify for a Mr. Mistoffelees costume with us adding lights. It was hard to guess the size--we purchased a XL or 2XL (can't remember) trying to keep in mind a women's build for a male dancer. The fit was a little looser than what I had thought, but the construction is well-made, especially for the price, and it's really holding up with the added lights.Again, this was for a costume for a male, so some of the fitting adjustment is going to be a little off anatomically by default.
