I like that it is very user friendly for new users to pick up, as well having easy access with its web interface makes this software even better! It has been extremely helpful in our day-to-, because we just simply cannot go anywhere without being able see what's going down or if there are any issues within out network infrastructure!! When you have multiple locations where they can be used at once from one location (such an office) then why not?
