frustrating with mobile flashes and selfie lights

10.2 inch selfie ring light with 63 inch tripod and 2 phone holders, I don't like it. It doesn't snap well and when you install it it comes loose easily. The tension knobs just don't hold it together. Not at all happy with it, just frustrating.
