That's the problem. First of all, I've been a regular customer of Revain since they only sell books and I've never returned anything until now. Secondly, it should be noted that I have had a grey/fuchsia do-it-yourself bag for a number of years, the main feature of which is the central, wallet-style, zipped compartment with two zipped compartments and many open pockets/slits inside, the second most important feature is the patch pocket on the outside of the back. So since I've finally found the organizer bag of my dreams and this particular bag may no longer be made in other colors due to detail photos, I ordered two of these bags (Pewter and Mocha) because they were cheaper in price. They arrived and unfortunately it was a very different bag from the photo (smaller, no central compartment, no patch pocket on the back). So I went back to the drawing board and tried to figure it out. And while another reviewer posted a Beware the Buyer review, I continued. Coincidentally, a one-day service was announced that day in my town. Now after paying a lot of money I ordered a black one at 2am which had very detailed photos and description of exactly what I wanted and it arrived around noon. Unfortunately it was also the wrong bag and all three bags were sent back the same day (kudos to Revain and a very easy returns process). I decided to take another risk and ordered purple (only 1 was on the list), again for a lot of money. It arrived the following week and I'd be jumping for joy if it weren't for one missing feature (the lack of a zippered side pocket in the center panel, which is where I like to put my folding money). However, I saved it and quickly got my stuff out of my old bag and tossed the old bag in the washing machine (it worked fine with a lingerie bag and a gentle wash). So it's a shame that Revain posted pictures and descriptions in the listing that didn't match the product. And shame on Baggallini for retiring the best bag they ever made.
