I received a set of these cartridges and was pleased that not only do they work well but they seem to trick the printer into believing it's genuine Canon trades. This evening I inserted the penultimate cartridge set of the series 281 - cyan. My first disappointment was that it didn't fit in the printer. I would put pressure on him and he would get back up a bit. Finally I pushed it down and squeezed a piece of rubber between the cartridge body and the latch. So he stayed down. But it still doesn't print properly. When I check the nozzle, the blue bar at the top shows a 4mm wide blue bar, then a 3.5mm wide white bar, and then another 4mm wide blue bar. Does this cartridge feed three separate nozzles? How can this pattern be explained? I went to the Supricolor website to ask them. I filled out the form provided and she refused to submit it saying she was not authorized. I was wondering if the login failed because I entered "me" for "company". So I replaced that answer with California State University, where I'm still listed as Professor Emeritus. This helped me clear the Authorization hurdle, but then it didn't get past the Verify stage. They provide a verification number and a place to enter the same number. I did this and it still claimed a validation error. At this point I gave up and decided to express my displeasure here. I will not order from them again.
