I cannot rate the effectiveness of this product at the moment but I will in the future. but I can certainly rate the customer service with 5 stars and it's so good that the beard comb is included. What I'm looking for from these pills is to get a thicker and thicker mustache along with some oils that are said to help with that as well. I'm happy with my beard but let's see if it gets fuller, these pills can also help with hair growth. Hope. I'm posting a photo of my current facial hair and in a few months I'll be evaluating the effectiveness of these pills
