Review on ROOS IT - A1 Form Self-Service by Dushawn Walker

I liked that it was easy to navigate through and find what I needed. It also allowed us to edit the forms after we had submitted them. We were able to add new fields, delete old ones, and make changes to the layout without having to submit a new version of the form. I did not like that this software could be very slow at times. There was an issue with our site being down for a long time one day, which caused problems with some of the forms getting uploaded. This made it difficult for users who used the system regularly. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a way to streamline processes in their organization. We are solving many issues by allowing our staff members to submit forms directly from within the app. It really works well and I have no complaints at this point! There are very little things that could be improved but nothing major or noticeable as such (maybe more customization would help). This software has been extremely helpful in streamlining my workflows when it comes to sending out forms/documents overseas from HQ without having someone physically send them over there myself :).
