Ideal for headache relief

I've been suffering from headaches for a few months. I saw a friend's post about blue light canceling glasses and decided to give it a try. After a few weeks my headaches became less frequent and I think the glasses really helped a lot (considering I spend my whole working day in front of a computer and most of the evening on my phone, iPad or TV).
