cheap spare parts and misunderstandings on the part of the seller. The explanation of 1 dowel that was cracked and broken during assembly was not good enough. If you can't take photos to prove it, good luck getting replacement parts. Not asking too much when YOUR parts (2 dowels) are cheap and low quality. After trying to report the issue multiple times and not getting any help to fix it, I gave up. In the end, my son brought the parts and the half-assembled chair to the workshop. Transfer point for recycling.
