I ordered the dark gray with light gray straps and this is not what I received as the bag is light gray with darker straps. It doesn't have a laptop compartment, let alone a fully padded one, which was a big reason I decided to order this bag. too small to be useful or too big and takes up a lot of space. I also found it odd that it was brown. didn't expect that. The exterior construction is quite nice and feels very solid, but that's the only redeeming feature of this bag. My biggest disappointment is the lack of a padded compartment (well, ANY compartment really) for a laptop. The description needs to be updated to remove this.
