The analytics are fantastic - I like being able to see performance across different channels and how that is changing month-to-month as well. Plus it's very easy for me or my colleagues who work in another office/country (Germany) regularly communicate using Chatbots!The interface could be more modern looking but this isn't something we have had issues finding solutions too at present so no complaints there either. There aren't any other major downsides really apart from maybe not having access sometimes when you're away of some customer facing functions which can be frustrating if one day they do fix though overall good experience. We've been setting up automated chatbot projects since 2015 now through our Agency partner ProteusHQ however before CGMH were also doing manual testing ourselves. Using them has cut out almost all back end setup time allowing us to get things running much faster than without their help whereas previously everything felt slow going until tests started.
