Review on Bricker & Eckler by Flavio Scarola

I have worked with many different law firms over my career in various capacities including as an employee (and former owner) at one time or another. This was not necessarily bad per se but it certainly did nothing special either! The billing practices were very poor - they charged me $500/hour when their usual rate would be around half that amount; there seemed no rhyme nor reason behind how much each lawyer billed us versus what others bills had been compared against them. They never really explained anything about why certain things happened during negotiations which caused issues later down the road. It's probably safe to say this isn't going anywhere anytime soon due primarily because everyone knows who these guys are so you're stuck dealing directly wtih your problem attorney rather than being able to go through someone else if needbe.
