The bottom of the rail is completely leaking because it broke right out of the box! I don't understand why you made this part out of plastic. It was easy to install but now I have to try and figure out how to get a replacement from the manufacturer. If they honor their warranty at all. This is frustrating because it's not even the part you need to assemble. That means you can't break it as the part where the rail meets the suction cup section is literally already assembled when you receive it. Super lame and very disappointed. What is particularly suspicious is that this company sells its products through Columbia Gas. Lure customers with false quality awareness because they are recommended by an energy supplier.
