I do not recommend it if you are a woman with medium or long hair. This bottle only lasts for a week. Shampoo and conditioner are diluted with water, and if you have long or thick hair, you will need more hair treatment. Great for very short hair. Otherwise not recommended unless you want to spend that much every 1-2 weeks.
