In general the shaver is not bad but not worth the price of $310. My $70 Norelco worked just as well, if not better. This one keeps catching my mustache hairs and ripping them out! And if my stubble is over 1/8 inch long for 1-2 days, she refuses to make a clean cut and pulls the hair out. Never had a problem with my Norelco! hit a trash can and smashed my head on a razor. I've dropped my Norelco IDK many times and it's still working after 5 years. Poor quality material for a $300 razor. Will not buy from Braun again.
