This is NOT what you need for online learning. To be fair, this might work well for other things. I've been trying to do this for a few minutes. So. It was several minutes. That was all it took to realize it wasn't going to work for me. I'm moving classes online (I'm a lecturer) and the ability to use a notepad to help me illustrate complex ideas/examples like I do on a whiteboard sounded amazing. It might work better if you only have one screen and you're on a Windows PC. For me it jumped a lot from ad to ad, was sketchy as I wrote, and overall so painful that it wouldn't work.
