What you expect from this watch strap will determine whether you like it or not. If you are looking for a quick change watch strap to add to your watch strap collection, this strap is not for you. If you are looking for a well designed watch strap that fits perfectly and looks like it was factory fitted then this is the strap for you. The watch strap is custom made for this watch and looks like it was factory fitted. . This is a huge improvement over the standard leather strap that comes with the watch. It is lightweight, very comfortable and easy to put on and take off on the wrist. Putting on this strap and upgrading my face to a prominent analog face makes it look like I have a brand new watch. If you choose this strap, there are a few tips to help you with the initial setup. 1.) Try to adjust the length as much as possible before attaching the watch band. It will be easier to set the clock. 2.) When making these adjustments, the pins holding the sections together are double-ended spring pins. Using a utility tool, pinch one side of the pin and spread that side out until the pin can slide back into the hole. Then repeat the process on the other end. The pin will not slip off sections or fall apart like some watch straps. This will get easier as you get used to it. 3.) The sections that you can remove to adjust the size have two sizes: smaller and larger. Remove these sections from both sides of the tape as evenly as possible. This will help keep the clip more centered on the back when you're done. 4.) When attaching the strap to your watch, start on the side where the speaker is located. This is a small square hole in the top of the clock. Align it with the end that has a notch that matches the speaker's position. 5.) To attach the strap to the watch, use pliers with thin jaws. 6.) Before attempting to assemble the strap, use a cotton swab to apply a small amount of dish soap to both areas where the pins should snap. This will make step 8 easier. 7.) Lay the watch strap on the back of the watch face down on the table. The strap features a machined beveled design with multiple angles to precisely match your watch. Place the end of the watch band exactly where it belongs. 8.) Using needle nose pliers, press down on both pen handles at the same time and press down on the band with your index finger to press the band into place. He has to go straight in. If you try to fit one side and then the other, it won't fit. The soap from step 6 will help it glide. 9.) Repeat the process with the other half of the strap on the other side of the watch. 10.) Upon completion, check all connections to ensure all pins are installed correctly. Once done you will have a brand new watch strap that will make your watch look amazing.
