I'm building a video kit that can be easily transported while staying under the £50 hold baggage limit that most airlines have. Although I haven't flown with them yet, these mics are still AMAZING! The sound quality is as good as anything else and I didn't hear any dropouts considering they were always used within 50 feet of the receiver. Battery life seems pretty decent so far, we ran 4 hours straight and the battery indicator has only dropped by a third. The bonus is that the case charges the transmitter and receiver, so you don't have to hunt for power or fiddle with charging cables on the fly. If you are looking for a lightweight dual microphone system for your video system, I can promise you that you will not regret this purchase.
