These glasses are perfect for my children. Since switching to an online school, my children have been sitting at the computer from 8 a.m., sometimes until 11 p.m. They found that wearing glasses relaxed their eyes and they didn't feel as tired at the end of the day. They also use them in the evenings when we have a movie night. This prevents them from straining their eyes too much and feeling too energetic before bed. I bought another brand of glasses but they are amber and just don't look like it. I haven't used them for gaming so can't comment on that, but if you need to know how these glasses compare in terms of hours then this should help.
