Bad plugs keep disconnecting.
The strap is well designed and looks good, but it doesn't do the job of holding the Fitbit device on the wrist. When the strap is connected to the device, the ends will dangle and not sit flush. Also, one end will be permanently disconnected if any voltage is applied across it. I almost lost my new Fitbit several times a week while wearing this bracelet. Unfortunately, this group must be difficult for everyone.
