If you use this on any of your Crestron devices, first make sure you get 5mm 3.5 torque specifically for the amp connector and 24v connector instead and that they never up to be tightened to the wire. I tried to do this with all the material they sent in and it just didn't work. I made sure other competitors didn't have this problem and the phoenix connectors I got from another source screwed loose and tightened to the wire. They looked the same but when you take the connector and wiggle it there must be some movement from the screw to the metal backing plate and that was no forgiveness at all. It looked like the plastic around the plate was too tight. It felt like tearing off screwed plastic.
