The support team are fantastic! They really do go above & beyond for us even if we don't ask too much from time to time (which I'm sure that's not always easy). We've had some issues with our account manager but it was resolved very quickly by her colleague who handled things differently than she did previously which made me feel valued again as opposed to annoyed. Our warranty renewals have been automatic since signing up - no hassle or having to change anything ourselves. If there were any problems during this renewal period then all my queries would be dealt in one place rather than being given conflicting advice via email/phone calls etc. It just makes life easier overall because everything gets sorted out once instead of twice over two different channels.
