Review on Purina Pro Plan 3 oz. Canned Wet Cat Food for Senior Cats (Packaging May Vary) by Carrie Anderson

The cats love it. in Cats

I would give 5 stars except all commercial pet food bothers me with so many errors, reviews etc. My cats love this formula and everything tastes great. I have a kitten that had tummy problems. She vomits both dry food and raw food. Grain-free products with peas make her stool runny, wet food with gluten softens her stool and makes her squeezy. I haven't been able to find their poop since I fed them this because it looks like a ninja poop now but I think that's a good sign because before I know the reason is because they're having such a hard time will and it will take some time. I will say that her coat has improved a bit, it doesn't look as puffy as usual. (She's always had problems but the vets can't figure out what's wrong). After feeding this food for a few weeks she seems to be feeling better. I saw her playing with my young cat the other day. and Lily doesn't play. I also watched her jump after the bug. This is unusual behavior for Lily and the only thing that has changed after I fed her kibble (which I fed premium kibble Instinct but it doesn't seem to matter, she was throwing up full) and I started to feed this, got rid of. I'm intrigued that they use chicory root as a fiber source as I'm pretty sure it's low carb fiber - I know it contains inulin and is a good source of soluble fiber - great for people who care about cats are not sure. But these are theories, it sounds better than many other options. I'm just glad the kitty likes it and seems to be feeling better and definitely looking better.
