Review on ๐ŸŒ‰ Bridge Mask: Oceantree Aluminum Adjustable Accessories for Optimal Fit and Comfort by Heather Shaw

I can't find any glue - never mind. Have good success with them.

I use them to sew the top seam of my masks with CDC patterns. I can't figure out where or how the glue works (!), but I make a small sewn-on center pocket on the top straight edge of my masks (original dimensions are 10" x 6" rectangles), put one of these guys in the pocket, concave surface to my face. Their ends are rounded. The pocket is probably about 3/8"+ deep and about 3 1/2" long, centered. You must try to fail in this dimension. Simply center the strip to mark the pocket stitch lines, leaving enough room for the needle to remove the strip as you sew along the pocket edge and enough room for the full length of the strip. The top and bottom long seams of these masks are 1/4 inch long. Shells on each 3/4" short side, zigzag fold raw ends together, then zigzag fold edges of shells down on wrong side of mask, add elastic (cut 2 x 10" pieces) through the shells, tie tightly to fit your ears, and then pull the knotted elastic inside the sleeve so the knots aren't showing. I use rubber band. The elastic short sides of the masks can be completely adjusted to your face. My masks have survived many washes and the top edge of the mask is still close to the bridge of my nose. I've tried all sorts of weird things including paperclips and pipe cleaners to shape the nose and this whole generation of masks has already failed because the paperclips and pipe cleaners got clumsy, wandered out of pockets, ripped fabric, etc. Those strips - my favorite shaper. As we will be wearing masks for as long as anyone knows, I'm glad I found them.
