The zipper went best in Notebook Accessories
I love this book bag. The only issue I have is that the main zip broke after about a month and as a result one of the zips came along. It's still usable until I pull it all the way up and somehow the rain never gets in the hole. Make sure you have a battery for the charger as it is not included. Also this book bag is amazing.
