Velcro and elastic provide great flexibility in size.
I like it. It's soft and easy to turn on and off. wife is good too. Reviews seem to be mixed on size and I couldn't be sure. I took a chance on medium/large (black) for my 38 inch waist. As it turns out, there are Velcro straps that give you more flexibility when it comes to sizing, as well as stretch that gives it even more. Mine fits very well. I think my medium/large size fits a 32-48 waist size easily.
