When using a desktop power supply, the current is multiplied by the voltage and the input power is 6 to 7 W, so the efficiency of Hella LEDs should be around 200%. Both lamps measure the same. Brightness is ok. A gelled pattern with a central hotspot. Build quality seems solid for the price. Generally they will, but they don't fry the retina.
