The tool has all the necessary attributes for an advanced monitoring tool such as ability to monitor different aspects of an app like crashes, performance, etc. along with in-depth reports that are easy to read even for non-technical people. There is nothing much to dislike at this moment. Since there's no trial version available so I can't say how well it works for those who cannot afford their expensive plans. If you are looking to have an advanced monitoring tool without any problems then this is the best choice available. I was able to have a better understanding of my app's issues within minutes.
