Much better than I expected! I'm a duvet/dina/quilt and goose down pad, super expensive linens, snob! Bought after the Covid pandemic - we are very short on money and it was so cheap - it is NOT cheaply made and doesn't look or feel cheap! I sew, sew clothes so I'm a bit savvy with textiles and fabrics - I hate scratchy material or linens that bunch up or get fluffy balls after 1 wash - this product isn't! This is a really beautiful, well made, lightweight alternative duvet with matching pillowcases. Lightweight but still warm - use it on chilly nights and when sitting under the air conditioner vent. The material is quite breathable so I never wake up drenched in sweat while using it. I bought a blue tie-dye pattern and both sides are very attractive in person. Highly recommended! I've washed several times and the cotton hasn't strayed or shifted. The pillows easily separated from our pillow so I added Velcro to each and the problem was solved.
