I liked the look of the bracelet but it kept falling off even though I tried to hear both parts of the clasp clicking. Despite the announcement, the group is not sure. My Fitbit dropped in the office and I quickly noticed and fixed it. Then I thought I'd lost my new Fitbit Charge 4 forever — it was on my wrist at 5:45 a.m. on Friday, but when I got home 45 minutes later, it was gone. I've searched and searched over the weekend and haven't found anything. Then luckily he ended up in the back seat of my car. I ordered a different brand from a different company and will no longer wear my Fitbit until a new band arrives. Very disappointed!
