I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

I'm on my third pair because some were lost or stolen and on others one of the ears quit functioning after a year. It's also not out of the ordinary that they put in a full year's worth of work. Those who claim their hearing is poor are either unaware of how ears work or too blind to tell the difference between different sized ear pads (I have met such people). You should absolutely go ahead and get the original.

Pros

The sole benefit is superior quality. I use only the player because of the excellent sound quality it produces; the highs are clear and the lows are punchy without being muddy. The fact that it can be played loudly without causing discomfort is indicative of the driver's superior construction (membrane, and of the whole structure as a whole). So, what do you think? What can we say? Hear the thoughts of audiophiles on these headphones, and your confusion will vanish.

Cons

One ear ceased working after a year, although it didn't bother me too much. The average lifespan of headphones is around a year.
