Dispenser is awkward to use. The metal teeth for cutting the tape are on a spring-loaded mechanism that keeps the teeth retracted for safety. You must use excessive force to press the plastic polishing tab. it must be absolutely flat in relation to the box for the metal teeth to come out and cut the tape. Even if they are against the box, the teeth will not cut the tape accurately. Everything is fine in theory, but this is an epic failure!
