I would like to start by saying I have been using this brand for many years. I usually use pre-waxed strips and love them. I chose this one because it arrives faster. I have read and followed ALL the instructions. THAT DOES NOT WORK! The bottom doesn't work, I mean when you apply it to your skin, pull back the strip, there is NO HAIR on the strip! NO SINGLE HAIR! I tried my eyebrows and lips, then even my hand to make sure I wasn't crazy! The product is non-refundable. When I contacted Amazon I was unable to speak to anyone as we are in a global pandemic that does not allow you to speak to anyone. I contact the company directly. I could have spent my $17 differently.
