Review on Panasonic WES9173P Shaver Replacement Outer Foil for ARC5 5-Blade, ES-LV97-K, ES-LV67-K, ES-LV95-S, ES-LV65-S by Leslie Cyrius

I bought a Panasonic ES-LV61-A Arc5 Electric Shaver in 2012 and I really liked it. It was the most expensive razor I've ever owned, but it was worth it. I was able to shave every day and my skin didn't get irritated. Wow! Big! The outer film has lasted over a year without wear. Then, eventually, holes began to appear in it. When you shave with this razor with a perforated foil, the blades come in direct contact with your skin and cut. So ordered a replacement film. And another. And another. And they aren't cheap. No replacement has lasted as long as the original. This last one lasted just over a month before getting a hole. I am very disappointed in this product. I have to think that Panasonic is aware of this and is probably consciously forcing people to buy a replacement.
