You have a Canon Pixma MX870 that has recently started printing with less than stellar results. Performed SEVERAL cleaning/deep cleaning cycles, roller cleaning, even pulled out the print head and cleaned it thoroughly. For free. Installed this new print head. There was an error message at first, but after restarting the printer and running the print test, voila! It works again and the print quality is great again.
