This protective cap is exactly what I was looking for - I'm a construction project manager so I have to make an effort Hat - most safety helmets are not intended for women! This hat is perfect because it is easy to adjust to your head. You just put your hat on and then twist the latch tighter or looser depending on how you like it. No fuss - easy! It also has a light on the front that you can point up or down at an angle. The only problem is that the power button is a bit stiff - I thought the flashlight didn't have batteries, but my husband managed to turn it on with a lot of effort. I still have a hard time turning it on and off, but it doesn't matter! Maybe it's better that it doesn't accidentally turn on. While this hat is comfortable, in the past I've had to constantly adjust my helmet when walking around the job site. You don't have to do this! As well as being easy to adjust, it also comes with great padding so it doesn't feel bulky like most! It's ventilated! All in all, I'm glad I bought it. The helmet issued by my company goes in the dustbin! 😃
