The black cartridge did not print correctly on certain papers, it simply rubbed off. The original from Samsung didn't have such a problem. Then, after changing other colors, I noticed that the printer was "dirty" and all the color pages had shades of blue and pink. I took it to be cleaned, the technician says the cartridges are to blame and they need to be replaced. So lost money on toner and lost money on maintenance. Sheet.
