I have a Walscher machine that I shave my head/arms/back with and it did a good job but these do it really nice and accurate! I don't have an honest opinion on battery life, but it dropped to 90% by the time I finished shaving. The supplied oil bottle DOES NOT CLOSE so keep it upright after piercing the hole or the oil will spill all over the bag or whatever is stored in it. The device makes a solid and well-made impression. It charges fairly well with a standard iPhone factory charger. You should not be charged more than the 1C tariff. What does that mean. The battery is 1500 mAh, so 1C = 1.5 amps. The old iPhone device has a charging rate of 1 amp, which extends battery life. If you charge it at a higher amperage, it will get hot and may cause the battery to swell and/or explode. I've been using lithium polymer batteries in RC cars for quite some time. I've learned a lot over the years. I recommend this product!
