The pillowcase material is soft and breathable. It cools instead of sticking to you while the heavy duty (like mine) zippers heat up. The cover can be easily removed for cleaning. Easy to use while sitting or lying down. Has helped her relieve pain in her legs, knees and back since using it. Solid and follows the contours of the body. Provide great support. No complaints.
