I really wanted to love this product. I was so happy when it came out. When I'm on a construction site I have to wear a hard hat so I thought this would be perfect. But this is not comfortable at all, it kills the ears. The speaker is close enough to the ear to be heard. The sound isn't as good as the 450 or even some of the other older ones. I've tried wearing it differently, with a strap on my head, and it's even worse because it rotates and doesn't stay in place. I can't hear well when I'm in a truck, when I'm in a truck, so they bring it back and I'm going back to the 450 until they do something better. I know the 550 is missing, but I've also heard about a lot of problems with it. Maybe they'll find a way to make another one that can be worn with a hat that's really comfortable and can be heard.
