I ordered a dark gray bag with light gray straps but I didn't receive this as the bag is light gray with darker straps. This was a major reason I decided to order this bag. The internal construction is quite flimsy and the actual dimensions of the pockets/compartments are oddly large where they are either too small to be useful or too large and a waste of time. Place. I also found it odd that it was brown. didn't expect that. The exterior construction is quite nice and feels very solid, but that's the only redeeming feature of this bag. My biggest disappointment is the lack of a padded compartment (well, ANY compartment really) for a laptop. The description needs to be updated to remove this.
