Review on Outstanding Adapter 17 5Cm Converter Extension by Andrew Schreider

The description says "Please note that it cannot be used on Dell motherboards." which would mean that it adapts the Dell fan to a regular motherboard. As you can see from the photo, the Dell 5 pin connector is the same as the Dell fans that plug into the Dell motherboard. The other side is a 4-pin header that you'll find on a regular motherboard that connects to a regular fan. So the Dell fan does not adapt to the regular mainboard, but to the Dell mainboard. Thank you for wasting another 2 days with my firewall not working. Too cheap an item for me to spend 30 minutes one way to turn it in for a refund, but I'm seriously considering doing this, just on principle, so again the seller should pay for the mistake, not me. I'd pay $20 for a dumb cable to turn this firewall back on, but none of these vendors seem to be able to write a simple description. Get someone who can.
