I have experience in photography/video since I studied commercial photography in college. Those days are long gone, but this light setup came to me on the recommendation of another photographer. I use it to get the *best* coverage of any of my co-workers during our Zoom calls. Something went wrong with the power supply recently. I called customer service expecting that they would be on call for me and I would have to chase someone. NOT CORRECT. The first call was answered by a guy named Ken. Without any conviction or need for a backstory, Ken informed me that he would ship a replacement PSU the same day. In a world where poor customer support is rampant, I have to thank Ken and the rest of the team for doing a fantastic job selling a very well put together product. Thanks Ken!
