Didn't get what is understandable in the photo
I bought these for my mum who has trouble gripping small objects due to osteoarthritis. I thought the large ovals on the handle would be more comfortable for them to hold. What we got didn't have any ovals, the only thing that could possibly help with grip is an uneven area on the usual skinny grips.
