The main thing I like about trilj is that it allows you get connected with other freelancers in your industry or niche so they can help eachother out! It's also really easy for me as an individual who needs work done rather than needing access only of my employer (which isn't always possible).

There are sometimes glitches when connecting but most times this happens at night which doesn’t interfere too much if its not during working hours. You have full control over how long projects will run once set up - no time limits put by employers etc.- This helps keep things organized- No having jobs constantly pop back into active status even after being completed.
