EDIT: 11/27/2019 I recently had the opportunity to run into customer service with a problem regarding a different color that I received (although they sent me the wrong color but I was wrong ). Thank you "Nicolas" who came with me and very kind and friendly solved the problem and wanted to make sure everything is ok. First class customer service, I tell you both product and service, what more could you ask for? Costou is my regular customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.! -------------------------------------------------This my first headphones. I have always used the LG HBS-750. I bought 2 sets. I'm a bassist, so I like some deep, clean* bass hits. The first time I tried it with the standard headphones I wasn't impressed, the sound sounded like 64kbps media quality. After trying all 7 different headphones and matching them to my ears, they sounded fantastic. Headphones sound great when you choose the right headphones! On a windows 10 laptop i plugged them in and went into windows sound settings and saw there is bass boost, virtualization boost and another one that i don't remember, and with these settings, E12 sounded even better when watching movies. I love wireless charging and USB-C as pretty much all of my gear at home is wireless. I RECOMMEND them to anyone on a budget under $100. At first I was going to go with the Creative Outlier Gold but after digging around I found that they suit me and are recommended by my friends.
