Where are the instructions?

My husband bought this for me for Christmas and we all love it (our 3 daughters do too) but I received it in the box with nothing! Keys are not explained. There are 4 buttons at the top. "Mode" and "Strength" can be pressed and highlighted in different colors. My husband and I have been on the line for ages and can't even get a company phone number. Strange! I have never received a product without instructions. It didn't look repackaged either. Some of the massage options are really powerful and can hurt. I had to disable it very quickly and change the button options.
