That it comes deflated. It does come with a pump to pump it up with has part of the purchase
I like this product. It was a little big for my two year old granddaughter. It’s probably more for a three year old. I love that it has to be pumped up. That makes it easy to use if you need to deflat it for storage I do wish they had the old fashion ones that are all rubber. Not sure if they make that kind any more.
