My kid absolutely hates washing his hair because the water gets in his eyes so I bought this to make things a little easier. Even though I've tried many times, he still won't let me put him on his head. The clasp to fasten is a bit tricky to fasten and with a moving baby who is upset and unhappy it is almost impossible. I'm sure this product will work great if you put it on your child's head and get the right size, but I couldn't even do that. It's not entirely the product's fault, but if the clasp was easier to close I would be more comfortable.
